McCollam Deals Kalamazoo 4-1 Setback
The Wichita Warlocks got a stellar effort from pitcher Mike McCollam, helping Wichita score a 4-1 win over the visiting Kalamazoo Hullabaloo. Wichita, at 73-76, sits in third place in the United League Central Division.

The 38-year-old McCollam turned in a performance that had his younger teammates taking notes. McCollam rang up 7 strikeouts and held the Hullabaloo to 3 hits over 7.2 innings. McCollam is now 6-7 on the year with 62 strikeouts.

"It was just a matter of executing," said Wichita manager Chris Lopresti.
