Grosso Hot, Idahosies Cold
|
Honolulu Waterspouts starter Ryan Grosso tamed the Boise Idahosies 5-0 with a 3-hit shutout, finishing the game with 10 strikeouts and no walks in a sharp outing.
"I enjoy facing a team like that where I can get an out on one, two or three pitches," Grosso said. "It gives me a chance to be a lot more aggressive."
This season-to-date Grosso has 18 wins and 3 losses and a 3.48 ERA.
