New Haven Hot Streak Continues with 3-1 Win
The New Haven Tempest just keep winning.

New Haven got an elite performance from starting pitcher Dave Berke in taking a 3-1 decision over the Bangor Devil Bears. Jason Balentine locked down his 15th save.

Marcus Butts contributed to the New Haven win. The 2023 Best Ballplayer Award winner stroked a double in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, Butts went 1 for 3 with a double.

"We're obviously playing with a lot of confidence," said New Haven manager Brandon Eberle.

New Haven goes to 45-22, Bangor to 28-39.
