Honolulu Beats Saskatoon, 5-2

The Saskatoon Platoon and Honolulu Waterspouts were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at Labatt Blue Field.
Honolulu rode a fine outing from starter Isaiah White to victory over the Saskatoon Platoon at Labatt Blue Field. The final score was 5-2. White got the win, improving to 7-1. He allowed 7 hits and walked 1 over 5.1 innings. White allowed 2 earned runs.
Bubba Miller was a key contributor to the win for the Waterspouts. In the top of the seventh with one out, the light-hitting third baseman stroked a single to right. He went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk.
"I felt we were ready to go," said Honolulu manager Claribette Del Rosario. "Our pregame was pretty good."
Honolulu's record now stands at 86-64, placing them first in the United League West Division.
