The Toledo Cheesepressers bested the Corpus Christi Kingfishers by a score of 7-5, with third baseman Jon Kilkenny getting the main credit. On the day, Kilkenny was 4-4 with 2 home runs, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 4 times and drove in 4 for the Cheesepressers. Toledo reliever Chris Honeycutt was credited with the win, to go to 1-1.
