Reno Graybirds starter Aaron Vigil kept the Honolulu Waterspouts hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 6-2 win. Reno is now 67-86. Honolulu is 74-79.
Reno shortstop Kyotaka Shimizu contributed to the cause with a 2-run triple in the bottom of the first. For the game, Shimizu was 2-3 with a triple and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
