Waterspouts Come Back Late to Clip Idahosies
The Honolulu Waterspouts beat the Boise Idahosies, 12-5, at Best Western Dome. Honolulu shortstop Pyeong-min Lee earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 4 for 5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Alejandro Santos finished the game for Honolulu and earned his 1st save. With the win, Honolulu has a record of 76-80. Boise falls to 77-79.

Had Elijah Palmer not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 1st, Palmer hit a 2-run home run. That made the score 6-5, in favor of the Waterspouts.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Lee said. "We did a pretty good job of that today."
