Graybirds Win, Bastidas drives in 4 runs
The Reno Graybirds beat the Honolulu Waterspouts, 7-6 at Coconuts Park, in part due to first baseman Antonio Bastidas, who nabbed player of the game honors. He was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. The last-place Graybirds now have a win-loss record of 27-44.

Had Bastidas not come through in the top of the seventh, the outcome might have changed. Instead, with two down, Bastidas hit a grand slam. The Graybirds never looked back after taking the 7-6 lead.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Bastidas told the Reno Daily.
