Running Rebels Topple Cheesepressers with Late Rally
The Knoxville Running Rebels defeated the Toledo Cheesepressers, 3-2, in United League action at Smith and Wesson Field, with Knoxville pitcher Prokop Matejka named player of the game. The Running Rebels keep rolling, raising their record to 5-3.

Ruben Garsa was the walk-off hero for Knoxville. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Running Rebels designated hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"This place sure got loud," said Matt Stewart, the Knoxville manager.
