In a low-scoring clash between Little Rock and Toledo, pitcher Joe Robinson was a difference-maker. The left-hander earned player of the game honors for Little Rock in the 3-2 win. Tim Mahanes finished the game for Little Rock and earned his 23rd save. Little Rock has an impressive 54-20 record.

Also having an impact was shortstop Jose Romero, who stroked a 2-run single in the bottom of the fifth for Little Rock. For the game, Romero went 1 for 4, while adding 2 RBI.
