Velveeta Field was the site of a tense game between the Little Rock Mighty Cocks and Toledo Cheesepressers.

The Toledo Cheesepressers got a stellar effort from pitcher Jordan Morales, helping Toledo score a 2-1 win over the visiting Little Rock Mighty Cocks. Morales went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 3, and struck out 2. His record improves to 11-1. Jason Hoose picked up the save, his 24th.

It could have been a different outcome for Toledo, had it not been for Jon Kilkenny, the fan favorite . Kilkenny contributed a solo home run in the bottom of the sixth inning to put Toledo up, 2-1.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Little Rock skipper John Moore.

With the win, Toledo has a record of 48-26. Little Rock falls to 46-27.
