Honolulu rode a good effort from starter Andy Rodriguez to beat the Boise Idahosies at Coconuts Park. The final score was 3-2. Ryan Ball notched his 18th save in 22 chances. Honolulu has now won 4 games in a row.
Honolulu took control in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, Brendan Hight hit a run-scoring single to make it 3-2, Waterspouts.
"Good pitching, clutch hitting," said Honolulu skipper Claribette Del Rosario. "I can't complain."
