Rodriguez, Honolulu Open Wildcard Series Strong with 6-2 Win
The Honolulu Waterspouts powered past the visiting Kalamazoo Hullabaloo, 6-2, in the opener of the Wildcard Series at Coconuts Park today. Honolulu starting pitcher Andy Rodriguez threw 6 innings of 3-hit ball, to lead the charge. The Waterspouts now lead the series 1-0.

Honolulu took the lead in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Jared McLaughlin stroked a 3-run home run to make it 4-1, Waterspouts.

McLaughlin called the triumph "a good team win."

The next game is set to be played on Friday, October 9th, 2026 at Coconuts Park. Slated to start are Steve Wood for the Hullabaloo and Isaiah White for the Waterspouts.
