Honolulu Beats Anchorage, 4-3

The Honolulu Waterspouts racked up a win at Coconuts Park, bumping off the Anchorage Ice Sox, 4-3. Andy Rodriguez, who started for Honolulu, pitched effectively for his team. Rodriguez picked up the win for Honolulu, going 7 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 11-3. The third-place Waterspouts improved to 37-44.
The Waterspouts took the lead in the bottom of the fourth when Sean Hinkle banged a two-out double. Honolulu had been trailing 3-2, but Hinkle hit a 1-1 changeup from Keith Spencer for a 2-run double.
"There's still time to turn this season around," said Rodriguez.
