Toledo designated hitter John Roberts was instrumental in his team's 4-3 win over the Knoxville Running Rebels. Roberts, who is rated as the 56th best prospect by BNN, went 2-5 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Cheesepressers. The Cheesepressers, now 6-3, have been on a roll in the early going.

Roberts had a key at-bat for Toledo early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and gave Toledo an early 2-0 lead.

"We're a pretty talented bunch when we're playing well," said Roberts. "I think we showed that here."
