Hullabaloo Lose to Pharaohs, 7-4
|
The Des Moines Pharaohs picked up a win at The Zoo, knocking off the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo, 7-4. Starting pitcher Adam Walker played a key role in the triumph. Des Moines is now 39-51, Kalamazoo 63-27.
Chris Dalman, who won the Best Ballplayer Award in 2020, aided the Des Moines cause with a 2-run single in the top of the second. For the game, the designated hitter went 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Walker.
