The Little Rock Mighty Cocks defeated the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo, 11-5. Earning player of the game honors was third baseman Bryant Ravenel, who went 4 for 5 with 4 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Little Rock reliever Trevor Turley picked up the win, bumping his record to 2-0. Sam Dallas was collared with the loss. With the win, the Mighty Cocks improved to 51-47.
Early in the game, right fielder John Drader had a 3-run home run for Little Rock. It was his 27th home run of the season and put the Mighty Cocks on top, 3-0.
"It feels good to get this one," Ravenel told the Little Rock Gazette.
