Idahosies Lose to Waterspouts in Walk Off
The Honolulu Waterspouts topped the Boise Idahosies by the score of 6-5, with the biggest share of the credit going to designated hitter Tom Kerber. Kerber went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Waterspouts on the day. Honolulu reliever David Anderson was the winner. His record is now 4-1. Tom Peternek took the loss. The second-place Waterspouts now have a 4-game winning streak.

Daniel Medley was the walk-off hero for Honolulu. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Waterspouts first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Honolulu manager Claribette Del Rosario.
