May Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Reno in Walk-Off Win
The Reno Graybirds scored a 1-0 win versus the Toledo Cheesepressers at Harris Interactive Arena. Reno pitcher Matt Rose nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. Tony Alfaro, credited with the win, is now 5-8. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. Reno is now 45-62.

The Graybirds got a big at-bat from designated hitter Curt May. For the game, May was 2-4 with a double and a walk. In the bottom of the tenth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 1st double of the season gave Reno a 1-0 lead.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Rose. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
