Fallow Field was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Honolulu Waterspouts and the Corpus Christi Kingfishers.

The Corpus Christi Kingfishers got a superb performance from pitcher Josh Painter. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Honolulu. The Waterspouts won the game, 4-3. In spite of the loss, Painter was named the player of the game. He threw 7 innings of 6-hit ball. Jake Doak picked up the win, improving his season record to 6-9. He struck out 3 in 6.2 innings. The save was Tony Sanchez's, his 19th.

In the top of the second, Elijah Palmer hit a 2-run home run for Honolulu. The 8th home run of the season for the Honolulu center fielder put the Waterspouts on top, 2-0.

Palmer attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."

At 49-63, the Waterspouts are currently third in the United League West Division.
