9-2 Idahosies Win over Cheesepressers Evens Season Record
The Boise Idahosies knocked off the Toledo Cheesepressers, 9-2. Boise starter Arturo Gonzalez pitched well enough to earn top player honors. Today's win puts Boise at 56-56, while Toledo falls to 72-40.

Mike Griffiths delivered a big hit for the Idahosies. The veteran left fielder belted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the fifth. The longball put Boise on top, 6-2. Overall, Griffiths went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 3.

Said losing manager Matt Perrone: "Give the Idahosies credit. They took advantage of our mistakes."
