Hullabaloo Topple Tempest with Late Rally
In a low-scoring tilt between the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo and the New Haven Tempest, Steve Wood was the difference-maker. The Kalamazoo right-hander earned player of the game honors in the 3-2 win. The winner was Devon Pavese in relief. His record improves to 5-1. Jason Balentine took the loss. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for the Hullabaloo.

Late-game drama came in the bottom of the ninth inning. With no one out and a runner on 2nd, the batter, Matt McGrogan, hit a single. It helped Kalamazoo seize the win.
