Fuja Fires Shutout in Honolulu Win
Kenny Fuja of the Honolulu Waterspouts spun his magic on the Lincoln Black Aces today. He blanked them 6-0 on 6 hits, registering 7 strikeouts and no walks.

"The bottom line was I just kept the ball down," Fuja said. "My breaking stuff was down. Everything was down."

Talking to reporters in the postgame interview, Honolulu skipper Claribette Del Rosario said the team "got solid pitching, good defense and took great team at-bats in a lot of different situations."

"Kenny pitched really well but this was a solid performance by everyone," he said.

This year Fuja has recorded a 8-10 mark. In 25 starts he has fanned 83 batters in 158.1 innings with a 4.77 ERA.
