Idahosies Come Back Late to Clip Hullabaloo
|
The Zoo was the site of a tense game between the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo and Boise Idahosies.
Boise Idahosies starter Art Wilcox was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo, 3-1. The winner was Boise reliever Tom Peternek, now 2-5. The loser was Khalil Middlebrook. John Farruggia got the save, his 2nd in 3 chances.
Tyler Pomeroy made it 2-1 in favor of Boise when he delivered a run-scoring double. It came with one out in the top of the ninth. The Idahosies went on to win.
"We'll savor this win," Wilcox told the Boise News, "then get ready for the next game."
Even with the win, the Idahosies have a dismal 40-86 record.
