The Toledo Cheesepressers picked up a win at Pirate Pete's Putt-Putt & Family Fun Complex, knocking off the Tallahassee Tyrants, 3-0. On the mound for Toledo was right-hander Travis Storm, who played a pivotal role in the win. Toledo leads the United League East Division by 10 games.

Early in the game, third baseman Jon Kilkenny had a 2-run home run for Toledo. It was his 30th home run of the season and put the Cheesepressers on top, 2-0.

Kilkenny told a Toledo Daily News reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
