Victory Over Tyrants Takes Toledo to 85-49
Jon Kilkenny helped his team muscle past the Tallahassee Tyrants, 9-4. In the game, the Toledo first baseman went 3-3 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 times. The save was credited to Matt Gault, his 1st. At 85-49, the Cheesepressers are currently first in the United League East Division.

Xavier Gomez's at-bat in the bottom of the sixth inning was a big one for Toledo. Coming to bat with no one out, the bases loaded and Toledo trailing 4-1, the shortstop hit a bases-clearing double.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Gomez told the Toledo Observer.
