Mighty Cocks Bang Out 12-8 Win Versus Kalamazoo
|
The Little Rock Mighty Cocks topped the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo by the score of 12-8, with the largest share of the credit going to third baseman Curtis Desmond. Desmond went 2-4 with a triple. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Mighty Cocks. Jamar Roy picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-1. He struck out 5 in 5 innings. The win brings the Mighty Cocks to 10-8, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.
