Hullabaloo Topple Mighty Cocks with Late Rally
The Kalamazoo Hullabaloo picked up a win at Durex Field, knocking off the Little Rock Mighty Cocks, 5-4. On the mound for Kalamazoo was right-hander Steve Wood, who played a pivotal role in the win. In 7 innings, Wood surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. He allowed 2 runs. Pete Johnson saved it for Kalamazoo.

Matt McGrogan made it 3-2 in favor of Kalamazoo when he delivered a run-scoring single. It came with no one out in the top of the eighth. The Hullabaloo went on to win.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Wood.
