Waterspouts Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
The Honolulu Waterspouts topped the Saskatoon Platoon, 4-3, in United League action at Coconuts Park. The player of the game was Honolulu pitcher Jake Doak. Billy Ochoa picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-1. Jamie Schmidt was tagged with the loss. The Waterspouts raised their record to 17-6.

Honolulu won the game in the bottom of the 11th inning. With no outs and Jamie Schmidt on the mound for Saskatoon, left fielder Brendan Hight hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Waterspouts fans to their feet.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Honolulu manager Claribette Del Rosario.
