The Honolulu Waterspouts trumped the Boise Idahosies, 8-2, at Best Western Dome. Honolulu catcher Colin Allen was named player of the game for his performance. He was 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Israel Garcia picked up the save, his 2nd. At 18-7, the Waterspouts have played well so far.

In the bottom of the seventh, Mike Griffiths stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Idahosies were trailing 6-2, but had the bases loaded. That's when Israel Garcia made a terrific pitch and Griffiths flied out. Gone was the dream of a Boise comeback.
