The Reno Graybirds beat the Honolulu Waterspouts, 10-3, at Coconuts Park. The win was largely due to the efforts of left fielder Isaiah Oliver, who captured player of the game honors. He was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. The Waterspouts, now 11-18, continue their poor start.

Early in the game, center fielder Phil Jones had a run-scoring single for Reno. It was his 13th hit of the season and put the Graybirds on top, 1-0.

"Another day, another win. On to the next one," Jones told the Reno Daily.
