Tempest Lose, 9-5, at Tractor Supply Company Park
It was a good time at Tractor Supply Company Park, where fans came to watch the New Haven Tempest and Des Moines Pharaohs get after it.

The Des Moines Pharaohs picked up a win at Tractor Supply Company Park, knocking off the New Haven Tempest, 9-5. Starting pitcher Humberto Villanueva was an essential part of his team's success. With the win, Des Moines goes to 18-18, while the Tempest fall to 15-22.

Ryan Halsey put Des Moines in front, 9-0, when he hit a 3-run home run off Wally Woolsey in the bottom of the sixth. It was his 5th home run of the season.

"Humberto's tempo and rhythm were good," said Pharaohs manager John Hann. "He was the key to us winning."
