Sentinels Solve Waterspouts, 5-4

Cheyenne and Honolulu duked it out at Coconuts Park and the Sentinels came out victorious.
The Cheyenne Sentinels did just enough to sneak past the Honolulu Waterspouts, 5-4, at Coconuts Park. Cheyenne pitcher Greg Gallion earned player of the game honors. Gallion picked up the win for Cheyenne, going 7.2 innings. He gave up 4 runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 6-1. The save went to Jason Balentine, his 15th this season.
In the top of the first inning, left fielder Justin Cramer came through big-time for the Sentinels. With Cheyenne leading 1-0, he belted a 2-run home run.
"We take it day by day here," said Gallion, "and today was a good one for us."
The win puts the Sentinels at 24-16, while the Waterspouts drop to 22-17.
