Palmer Shines in Waterspouts Win
Honolulu played host to Des Moines at the friendly confines of Coconuts Park.

Waterspouts left fielder Elijah Palmer put his stamp on his team's 10-5 win over the Des Moines Pharaohs. Palmer was 4-4 with 2 doubles, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for Honolulu in the contest. The Waterspouts are now 18-28, while the Pharaohs fall to 19-27.

With the bases empty and no one out in the bottom of the fifth inning, center fielder Erik Carnes delivered big for the Waterspouts. Honolulu was leading 5-4 when he belted a solo home run.

"We swung the bats pretty good throughout the lineup," said Honolulu skipper Claribette Del Rosario.
