The Toledo Cheesepressers got a good effort from starter Marshall Pazar in defeating the Bangor Devil Bears at Velveeta Field. The final score was 5-1. The Cheesepressers improved to a lofty 38-10.

Xavier Gomez aided the Toledo cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the shortstop went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Pazar told the Toledo Daily News.
