A 4-RBI performance from the 29-year old center fielder Elijah Palmer helped the Honolulu Waterspouts beat the Des Moines Pharaohs, 14-5. Andy Rodriguez got the win, improving to 6-2. He worked 6 innings, giving up 2 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 9 and walking 0. Honolulu now has a 3-game win streak.

Palmer had an important at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the second, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Waterspouts went on to win.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Palmer told reporters after the game.
