Warlocks Topple Hullabaloo with Late Rally
Jason Brown did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo from losing, 6-4, to the Wichita Warlocks at Propel Fitness Water Field. Brown went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Josh Nichols finished the game for Wichita and earned his 10th save. With the victory, the Warlocks record now stands at 34-18.

Had Nate Armstrong not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Armstrong hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Warlocks.

"It was a solid team effort," said Armstrong after the game.
