Waterspouts Nip Graybirds, 2-1

The Reno Graybirds and Honolulu Waterspouts provided some drama at Harris Interactive Arena.
Andy Rodriguez never let the Graybirds get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his curveball, to pitch the Waterspouts to a 2-1 win. The Waterspouts, now 2-4, have not found much traction so far in 2025.
Pyeong-min Lee, who won the Gnarly Novice Award in 2024, aided the Honolulu cause with a run-scoring ground out in the top of the fifth. For the game, the shortstop went 1-4.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Lee said after the game.
