Eureka right-hander Barry May pitched his team to victory over the Kalamazoo Hullabaloo at The Zoo. The final score was 5-4. The win puts the Goldrush at 30-27, while the Hullabaloo drop to 31-26.

Jose Serna's at-bat in the top of the eighth inning was a big one for Eureka. Coming to bat with two out, a runner on 2nd and Eureka leading 4-2, the designated hitter hit a run-scoring single.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said May.
