Honolulu Waterspouts starter Joel Taute was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Wichita Warlocks, 10-2. Taute, the winner, moves to 6-3. He threw 7.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up 2 walks. The wins continue to add up for Honolulu, with the latest making it 9 in a row.

Daniel Medley, who is tied for 7th in the UL in stolen bases with 17, aided the Honolulu cause with a grand slam home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the first baseman went 2 for 4 with a home run and a triple, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once.

Wichita manager Phil Romano called the blowout loss "ugly."
