Idahosies SP Myers Tosses Masterpiece Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 Jim Myers of the Boise Idahosies humiliated the Saskatoon Platoon at Best Western Dome today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 1 hit. "He's got a bunch of different arm angles and his ball was really moving," said Saskatoon manager Justin Long, after the game. Myers whiffed 11 and walked 3 in the 4-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Myers said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." His record this season is 3-6 in 20 starts and Myers has a 4.23 ERA. |
