Platoon Rally For Late Win Over Cheesepressers
The Platoon had to overcome a fine performance from Toledo pitcher Lance McFarlen to grab a 3-2 win at Labatt Blue Field. McFarlen allowed 2 earned runs over 8.1 innings. The win was credited to Ryan Elliott in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Lance McFarlen took the loss. The first-place Platoon have won 4 straight.

Jonathan Rogers was the walk-off hero for Saskatoon. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Platoon designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
