Extra-Inning Win by Cheesepressers over Tempest
The Cheesepressers faced a stiff challenge from New Haven pitcher Philip Lundholm, but persevered to claim a win at Velveeta Field. The final score was 4-3. Lundholm went 7 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. The Cheesepressers bumped their record to 48-41 with this latest triumph.

John Mifflin had a productive at-bat for the Cheesepressers with no one out in the bottom of the 12th. With a runner on 2nd, the third baseman drew a walk. The at-bat was important in the Toledo win.

"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said New Haven manager Brandon Eberle.
