The Toledo Cheesepressers topped the Knoxville Running Rebels, 6-3, in United League action at Smith and Wesson Field. The player of the game was Toledo pitcher and Vaughan, Canada native Wilber York. The winning pitcher was York, now 6-2. He tossed 6.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 5 and fanning 10. The Cheesepressers own a robust 32-13 mark.
